Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing iCared products.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Warranty Extension: Register your product through our Product Registration Program to extend your warranty from 12 months to 18 months at no additional cost.

Coverage Timeline:
- Within 90 days of purchase: Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- After 90 days and within your warranty period (12 or 18 months): Quality issues caused by manufacturing defects will be handled through repair or replacement under this warranty policy.

Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

 

Warranty disclaimer
(1)This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. 
ICARED is not liable for:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage from accidents, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Loss of data or recordings stored on the device

(2) In connection with the use of the APP Service as provided free of charge, ICARED assumes no liability for any loss or damage unless breaching the privacy policy.

(3) IN NO EVENT SHALL ICARED'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION OR LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY.
